This is the War Fuzz MK1. It is a replica of out of the out of production and rare DBA Fuzz War V1, with an added external gain control.
The circuitry could not be more different than the fuzz wars being sold today. It is a 7 transistor fuzz design that utilizes "backwards" unconventional gain stages. The result is a unique fuzz texture that is even more crunchy than a standard big muff. There is a very nice raspiness to the high end as well.
This can be a hard circuit to replicate as the gain stages need to be properly tuned to function correctly.

You can purchase the pedal that is in the picture, or you can choose to buy one with no paint that I will make fresh for you at a lower cost. It will come in a raw, unpainted, lightly polished aluminum enclosure. Please note that since these are made fresh, it normally will take 3-7 days for it to be built, at the very most 2 weeks.
