yes. this is a miniature beautiful jfet overdrive known as the blues driver. top jacks, can fit into even the smallest of boards.
there is one extra trick with this circuit as well that blows the original out of the water.
that bottom left knob, is an active bass control, and it can get absolutely massive. say goodbye to your tinny, thin and shriveled glass sharp overdrives.
I actually have been quite obsessed with this pedal recently, sounds so good and is amazing for stacking, and for an overdrive it has a really good range of sounds.
I am not really going to say a lot of words about this pedal because it is one of the most popular pedals of all time. but I sort of disagree with boss's side jacks. I like mini enclosures that are as compact as possible. I also think the bass knob takes this pedal into another dimension of possibility.
