The Russian in the Green Vein finish shown in the pictures has been slightly modified for even more low end- perfect for bass or heavily down tuned guitar.
The Russian- This circuit has become the poster child of doom tones. Massive low end, and a slightly smoother, less crunchy sound than other variants are perfect for that massive wall of sound. Not as high gain as others, since most of the time we are throwing this pedal into an already heavily cranked and overdriven amp.
The Russian muff have been one of the most sought after, and loved by all pedals of all time.
These pedals are premium big box adaptions of classic and rare muff variants built with the best quality components on hand, and probably will outlast its owner if treated right. If you are a live gear abuser, well good thing I bomb proofed it for that as well. You can be sure you can get that massive wall of sound to engulf your audience.

The components found inside, are the same components you would use inside of an amplifier. In a way, these muffs are what it would sound like if a big muff was built as the dirty channel of your tube amplifier.
I use the EXACT value components this specific variant calls for. Sometimes these rarer muffs have some non traditional component values, so I have sought out all the special components needed to accurately replicate the sound of these rarer vintage fuzz boxes. Over time, the old pedals components drift, and may shift out of tolerance, creating a different sound than it was first made. You can be sure that this pedal is what the original would have sounded like when it was freshly made.

You can purchase the pedal that is in the picture, or you can choose to buy one with no paint that I will make fresh for you at a lower cost. It will come in a raw, unpainted, lightly polished aluminum enclosure. Please note that since these are made fresh, it normally will take 3-7 days for it to be built, at the very most 2 weeks.
