Glass Shard JFET MK3

This is a pedal I built because I wanted to be able to have one on my personal pedalboard. It is that good.

It is an all through hole (and made with premium components) Glass Shard and a MK3 tonebender with a jfet boost.

The glass shard is a twilight tuned/modded "K" style overdrive. Known for its glassy, high headroom, high output, smooth singing crystal like sustain, this is Mr. Twilights favorite overdrive. I can not live without it! I use this for everything. 

I love it as a clean boost- with the gain down and the volume up, it enhances and enrichens every little dynamic and texture your guitar and amp have to offer. Once its on, you will never want it off.

I also love it for tightening up muddy amps/distortions, and using it to drive crunchy amps into full on tight heavy distortion.

The MK3 just roars. It is like all the pure rock and roll energy from the 70s trapped in a box, just waiting to be released at the stomp of a switch.

with 3 hand selected and auditioned in circuit germanium transistors, this thing has a sound like no other.

With the jfet boost, there is no shortage of sustain and volume from this fuzz. It is LOUD, aggressive, and has that tonebender fuzz quality that every fuzz enthusiast chases, because it is pure magic.

These two come together to make, the ultimate drive combo that will have you wondering where this sound has been your entire life.
