V3 is still in R&D- what's new to this version?

One, I have been battling with reducing the noise floor. Across the 5 different PCBs I have so far designed for this circuit, I believe it just is inherently a touch noisy in the background. But, I am doing my best to learn how to truly mitigate this.

The Gain control- I would prefer if this knob did not fully kill signal. I am working on the right balance of having it work as a gain knob rather than a pre volume control.

More control over the highs- the circuit is inherently low end heavy and high end lossy. I am working on allowing for a greater range of control. 

The post 3 band active EQ- for even further control over fine tuning. I am thinking about making this bypassable or engageable via a toggle switch.

Experimenting with rebiasing the stages for 3x the input voltage internally. 9-15v input compatible. Sadly 18v will fry the voltage booster.

The Sound/feel/texture

While everyone associates the GT120 with that bass boosted, smooth saturation that bathes you in meditative, cellular penetrating frequencies, you would be surprised at the range of sounds this circuit will cater to.

This metal enclosure houses a green beast that takes on a life of its own. It will take over your amplifier and turn it into a green fire breathing dragon.

This circuit can get quite high gain. Honestly, I get the most joy boosting the lows, post, and pre. Texture to taste, treb fairly cut. Toggle set to huge. It just is a blast of lows.

by running this stompbox into the front end of your amp, it works very well as an EQ and/or extra channel of boost/dirt. Will slam your amp into endless sustain.

honestly, even though it is a matamp, stoner/doom inspired preamp, this thing can cover some seriously massive ground with the expansions.

It excels more at dirty tones than clean ones, but honestly it works all around as a secondary core tone.
