This pedal sounds exactly like it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe preamp loves to be dirty. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis circuit works perfect into the effects loop\/straight into the power amp as a stand alone preamp. It gets that SUNN growl and loudness, as this pedal has loads of volume available. I mean LOADS.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlso sounds amazing as a pre-preamplifier gain stage- meaning plugged straight into the front end of the amp. The beta lead drive does not have a typical gain texture, as it utilizes CMOS stages.
