I feel like it has more of a raspiness and buzz in the high frequencies while maintaining a pretty massive and smooth, not so compressed and clipped low end. It feels like it has less saturation\/gain, but more volume than a standard muff. The tone control is straight magic. It has way more range and nuance than the standard muff tone control.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe boost side is a treble boost- it sort of cuts\/tightens low and and really brightens up the top end.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ewhat kind of player would like this stompbox?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ethe fuzz war was the poster child for psych rock and garage rock for a long while. notably used by ty segal, and charles moothart of fuzz. It definitely wants to be loud and aggressive.
